Hub Guidelines
Be kind to yourself and everyone around you.
No bullying, harassment, or hate of any kind. That includes racism, homophobia, transphobia,
ableism, or anything that makes others feel unsafe.Respect people’s identities and pronouns. If you’re not sure—ask.
Let everyone participate. Make space for all voices and listen when others are speaking.
Ask for consent. Whether it’s for hugs, photos, or sharing someone’s story—always check first.
Keep things confidential. Don’t share someone else’s story or situation outside of this space.
Use respectful language. Words matter—choose kindness.
Be aware of others. Use headphones for music or videos and give people space if they need it.
Respect the space. Clean up after yourself, treat furniture and supplies with care, and leave things better than you found them.
No drugs, alcohol, or substance use allowed on site.
No weapons or items that could be used as weapons.
If you feel unsafe or uncomfortable, talk to a staff member. You’re never alone here.
If there’s a problem, we’ll talk it through. Our goal is to support you—not punish. We work with you to find solutions.
These guidelines were created with input from youth—because this is your space, too. Not sure about something? Talk to us—we’re here to listen, no judgment.
