The City & District of Thunder Bay Youth Wellness Hub is a safe, welcoming space built with youth in mind, focused on supporting personal growth and overall well-being. With 32 YWHO Hub Networks across Ontario, we provide integrated services to help young people aged 12 to 25 thrive, offering mental health support, substance use resources, primary care, and community connections, all at no cost.
The Hub is all about empowering youth to take charge of their health, build resilience, and grow in a supportive, inclusive environment. Designed by youth, for youth, it’s the perfect place to seek guidance and take proactive steps toward better wellness.
